At CMT Europe, we’re passionate about classic car restoration and maintenance. As a result of a livelong love of learning, coupled with a curious nature, we offer a broad range of abilities to keep your classic car in optimal condition.

From routine servicing to concours-quality engine rebuilds, we work on all petrol engines from 1 up to 12 cylinders, air cooled and water cooled, carburetted and fuel injected, front, mid or rear installation.

Our expertise extends to manual gearboxes. We can do basic oil changes as well as complete gearbox rebuilds involving synchromesh, gear, or bearing replacement. We can change complete clutch assemblies or just friction discs, if required.

We also provide expert classic carburettor tuning and fuel injection system restoration. We have much experience with rebuilding and restoring carburettors made by Solex, Weber, Zenith, Pierburg, Stromberg, and SU. Every component is restored with precision and pride in authenticity.

Electrical systems are not a problem for us. We diagnose electrical problems to component level. We have a range of diagnostic equipment to help us keep your electrical components in running condition. If you value originality we can overhaul your existing alternators, starter motors, and distributors. We can fit new versions of these electrical parts if it is more cost effective for you.

Our services extend to classic car braking, steering, and suspension systems. If your braking performance does not meet your expectation, or your suspension is making strange sounds, then we can overhaul it for you.
